Obtaining Apostilled Documents Remotely
To request certain official documents in Georgia (e.g., birth certificates, marriage certificates, criminal records, university diplomas), a Power of Attorney with an apostille is required. The process involves:
- Preparing a PoA and a copy of your passport, both with apostilles.
- Sending the original documents to our office in Tbilisi via DHL Express or a similar courier service.
- We handle the request, obtain the necessary documents, and process the apostille.
- The finalized documents are then shipped to your specified address abroad.
The legal translation of the English-language PoA and passport copy with apostille is available for 140 EUR. Shipping costs are additional and based on actual courier charges. Typically, shipping from Tbilisi to most European cities is approximately 150 EUR.

- Corporate Certificate (LLC, JSC, IE): 100 EUR – PoA not required
- Founding Agreement and Charter (LLC, JSC, IE): 160 EUR – PoA not required
- Georgian Criminal Record: 200 EUR – PoA required
- Georgian Marriage Certificate: 200 EUR – PoA required
- Georgian Birth Certificate: 200 EUR – PoA required
- Power of Attorney notarized in Georgia: 100 EUR – PoA not required
Note: The above fees include the cost of requesting the document and obtaining the apostille (standard processing). Express services may incur additional charges.
